When you pay we collect your name, email, phone number, language, body stats you choose to give us, chat messages with the coach, subscription status and the advertising parameters (UTM, fbclid, gclid) from the link that brought you here.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We store Stripe customer and subscription identifiers so we can manage your membership. We do not store your full card number.
To create your programme, to run the AI coach, to send transactional emails (password reset, email confirmation, payment notices), to keep your subscription in sync with Stripe, and to see which ads brought paying customers.
We use the Meta Pixel (ID 1974775373926438) on every page so we can measure campaigns. First-touch UTM values are stored in your browser session until you pay, then attached to your customer record in the admin panel.
You can ask us to correct or delete your account from the profile page or by emailing support. Subscription billing is managed in Stripe. Emails are sent through Resend.
